Scott has worked across the marketing communications and eLearning industries for over 25 years. He began his career in marketing at American Express before moving into advertising to work on many blue chip accounts and in senior management roles at Leo Burnett, DMB&B, Grey and Clemenger BBDO.
Throughout his career Scott has developed communications and learning programs for numerous international brands across diverse range of industries including financial services, FMCG, beverages, travel, telecommunications, government and retail.
Before joining Peopleplan Scott was Global Manager of Sales for the learning division Talent2 and the reseller relationship with the global talent management solutions company, Cornerstone OnDemand securing a number of major accounts including Macquarie Bank, Canon Australia & NZ and Pandora Jewelry worldwide.
Before joining Talent2, Scott was involved in the eLearning and eRecruitment industry through his role as General Manager of Sales & Marketing at Workstar winning three of the company’s most strategic clients; Telstra, Bunnings and McDonaldâ€™s.
Scott has a Commerce Marketing degree from UNSW, the AGSM Executive Program in Strategic Marketing, a Business Management Certificate from the Australian Institute of Management and has lectured in marketing at Sydney TAFE and in advertising at The Communications Council’s AdSchool.
