Scott has extensive experience, forging a business and retail career over the past 25 years. His business knowledge was developed from time spent as a Salesperson, Store and Regional manager, National Training Manager and Business Development Manager.

Scott’s broad experience and skills has lead him to develop and deliver many highly successful customer service and retail sales training programs as well as incentive programs and management profit share models that with significant ROI.

Scott’s knowledge of successful business modelling has given him the opportunity to consult to and mentor many businesses to improve their bottom-line and to engage develop their teams.

Scott also has many year experience in the implementation of ‘in-house’ RTOs (Registered Training Organisation) and new store opening programs.

He also worked closely with Gerard Manion in the development and implementation of the national award winning retail eLearning platform ‘Rebel Uni’.
