Micah started off in the Retail Industry, with over 4 years as a fulltime salesperson, learning and experiencing critical customer service and customer relationship skills.
Micah then moved into the business industry as an Account Manager for Peopleplan, bringing his knowledge from the retail Sector into his position which relies around working with customers and clients.
He was able to carry across and deliver all of his experience of customer Service & contact to existing and new developing clients. He is currently managing retail clients and developing new market and learning initiatives, giving him the opportunity to offer and execute a high level of customer relationship.
Micah also runs and administrates the Customer Relationship Management System for Peopleplan. This has given him experience and insight into how the company revolves around its clients.
